4th of July Utah Trip

We drove to Utah, taking Everett and Adeline with us. All the kids were pretty good, though we don't have a TV in our car so not all the kids can watch a movie at the same time. We survived though. The three boys played DnD in the backseat almost the entire time.

Nana took Felix and Axel swimming at the clubhouse pool.

Dinner at the golfcourse.

Somehow Felix saw Alex's nap as an open invitation to sit on him, haha.

We went hiking to Silverlake and Lake Solitude with our friends.

At Lake Solitude.

Ivy loved drinking out of my water bottle.

Can you believe there was this much snow on June 30th?

The trail was super muddy in places, so Nana carried Felix a lot.

We got to celebrate Felix's birthday again, haha.

We got him a bike for his birthday! He loves it!

We went to the Dinosaur Safari at Thanksgiving Point.

The extended C family came over one night for s'mores and games.

We also had an extended C family breakfast up the canyon.

About 5 seconds after this picture, Ivy knocked my phone off my chair onto the ground and the screen shattered. Had to make an unscheduled trip to the Apple store!

On the 4th of July, we had lunch and games with the extended R family.

Felix was so happy running around with all the big cousins.

Axel helping Grandma R with the prizes.

Kaden and Felix preparing for the 3-legged race.

On your marks, get set, go!

Definitely some cheating going on by Jeff.

Toiletpaper game.

Grandpa with his lovely wife and daughters for his birthday.

All the grandkids who were there (plus Ivy nursing)

My handsome man and his girl.

Felix, Jeff, Ivy, and I watched the little neighborhood parade while Axel helped Nana and Papa make breakfast.

Fireworks in the road.

The neighbors the next street over do a HUGE fireworks show, so we let the kids stay up super late to watch it, even though we were leaving early in the morning.

We had a very fun-filled trip to Utah!
