Ivy’s first 3 weeks

Looking lovely in yellow at 3 days old (also slightly jaundiced, but it only last a couple of days).

Axel in his sparring gear.

Ivy's first bottle.

Bed head!

Felix hanging out with Ivy.

First sponge bath at home. She was not a fan.

But she liked being wrapped up in the towel!

Scrunched down in Gramma's arms.

Thank you Gramma for all your help!

First family photo.

Ivy with the flowers that Jeff's work sent for her.

Side-eye. But she loves to stand!

Pretty girl!

Nap on Daddy.

Sometimes those bows are a nuisance!

Mother and daughter.

Trying to eat Mommy's face.

Grampa holding Ivy for the first time.

Another family photo.

Meeting Uncle Brenny.

Proud grandparents.

Sleeping beauty.

The boys had lunch out with Daddy one day.

So strong already!

Felix's new thing is that he wants to take a picture of you after you take a picture of him.

So this was his picture.

Ivy has a little hole (dimple?) on her left ear, which my parents informed me I also had as a baby. Some kind of weird genetic trait, I guess?

Football with Daddy and Felix.

Axel and Felix making up some kind of game.

Funny face!

Contemplating some deep thoughts during sleep.

Little noises.

 So awake at night!

Axel has held Ivy a lot. He's so sweet!

Siblings.

Humming "I am a Child of God".

Aunt Julie meeting Ivy.

My cousin Ben came out with Julie, and Felix attached himself to Ben.

Felix dressed himself. Camo matches camo, right?

Sweet faces.

Sometimes her headbands don't work.

Grandma Sheri came out to help when Ivy was a week old!

Such a strong neck!

First real bath! She was much happier.

Sleepy smile.

Jeff worked with Felix on writing his name. He did great!

Julie and Ben visited again, and again Felix wouldn't let Ben out of his sight.

Axel in sparring class (he's in red).

Felix will hold her for a minute, then is done.

Showing off her strong neck, and one tired mommy.

Pulling out Axel's tooth!

Thank you Grandma Sheri for coming out to help us! We needed it!

First walk in the front pack.

She likes this swing!

It never ceases to amaze me that babies can bend like that.

Nana and Papa came to help next.

Great-Grandma Judy made this Minnie Mouse quilt for Ivy.

And Nana made this elephant quilt!

Some of Axel's recent drawings that caught my eye.

Jeff and Felix playing hide-and-seek. Can you spot Felix?

Scrolling through the news one day, and I see a picture of our housing community... So weird! The article didn't mention our specifically, its just a stock photo!

And that brings us to the end of April! What an eventful month!
