Belly Pics 38-40 +ultrasound

Hey all, as I am writing this, it is officially my due date! I'm a bit dilated (2-3 centimeters) and very sore... So hopefully things get going soon!

38 weeks

I looked at my shadow while we were in the library parking lot, and couldn't believe the absolute round-ness of my belly!

39 weeks

40 weeks. This was towards the end of a brisk walk to try to get contractions going, hence my slightly-pained looking expression.

Finally got another peek at his cute face!

Next update I write should be about the new baby!

Father's Day, Anniversary, etc

My boys building me a bookshelf

After his last t-ball game. Moving up to coach-pitch next year!

Father's Day was really low-key but we enjoyed spending time together. I'm so glad for this guy in my life, and my dad and father-in-law who support us!

Trying to get the baby in the picture too.

Who told Axel that he could look so big?

Jeff and I went to a nice dinner to celebrate our 11-year anniversary!

Pre-K Graduation

Axel had his Pre-K Graduation. It was an "international celebration" so they asked us to bring food "from our culture..." I brought jello. Seemed like the thing to do.

The kids were handed flags randomly, so that's how he got the Italian flag. He walks in about the 20-second mark.

They sang a few cute songs. This was one of them. The tone-deaf kid kills me, haha.

Too cool for school after getting his cap put on.

Axel insists that the word is "howdy-os" not "adios."

Getting his diploma from his teacher Miss Yvonne

And wiping off her kiss

Laughing with his friend Francesca.

Cute paper people that the teachers made of all the kids.

Making fruit loop necklaces.

Showing off his tattoos.

And jumping in the bouncy castle!

Axel had a fantastic year, and is soooo ready for kindergarten!
