Memorial Day Weekend with the Calls

Papa came out for work a few days before everyone else. Three generations playing Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch.

Always fun to wrestle with uncles!

Playing the Switch with Daddy and the Uncles

Getting the perfect amount of water in their water bottles to flip them.

Taking a break from playing ball. It was a hot one that day!

Three boys asleep on the way to the Yankees game.

Having fun at the Yankees game!

Note that Jeff and I are holding ice cream cones. What you can't tell is that they are horrible melted and dripping everywhere and are one of Jeff's greatest regrets in his life. He didn't want to pay $1 extra for commemorative cups so he got cones, but it was almost 90 degrees and he had to walk all the way back to our seats... Makes for a fun memory though!

Popcorn fiend

Saturday everyone went down into NYC (except me) and went to the 9/11 memorial and Washington Square Park.

Cutest nappers

Red, white, and blue themed dessert for Memorial Day.

We took Axel to the theater to see the Han Solo movie. As you can see, he was soooooo excited!

More wrestling!

At the park with Nana and Papa.

Thumbs up with Uncle Alex.

Legos with Uncle Kaden.
We had so much fun with the Calls! We are so glad you were able to come visit!

Uncategorized Axel Things

Axel and I went to a cool park to scout out locations for maternity/family pics. We ended up not using this location, but these pictures of Axel are so cute!

Caught him humming while doing his chores.

The creeping flox bloomed, and look quite dashing with our Mets Gnome.

Free ice cream day at Haagen Dazs! I managed to drop 1/3 of mine two seconds after the worker handed it to me... Oh well. It was highly delicious.

Helping me pull weeds.

Who needs a utility belt when you have elastic pants?

A pikachu Axel drew (he is super into Pokemon comics right now)

Jumping in the deep end on his last day of swimming.

37 weeks

I don't look pregnant from the back (other than that my love handles are a bit bigger)

The heat=swelling for me, so I had to stop wearing my wedding ring. This was my hand after walking around the zoo for 4 hours.

My right foot swells in the heat. This was at Axel's T-ball game. I pretty much just wear flip flops now.

Can't see my toes anymore. Had to lean forward to get this pic.

The baby has been dropping low, so I've been taking more mirror selfies to compare. This day I had an ultrasound to check size and fluid levels (he is measuring 6 lb 15 oz at 37 weeks), and his head is sooooo low we couldn't see any of his face at all. So it will be a mystery what he looks like!

I decided to measure around my belly (at 37 weeks and 2 days) and it is 44 inches around. Also I gave up on wearing non-stretchy pants.

And here is a sneak-preview of the maternity pictures Natalie took a few weeks ago. Once they are all finished being edited, I will put up my favorites! (credit: Natalie Lolita Photography)
