Florida for Luke's Wedding

We decided to road-trip to Florida for Luke and Chelsea's wedding. 17.5 hours of non-stop fun! Haha, but seriously the boys were so good.

Taking a short rest.

We got Axel a Ranger Rick magazine, and he filled in all the subscription forms. Too cute!

Rolling into Grandma's house.

So happy to not be strapped into a carseat!

Lovely doodle Jeff made.

The card Jeff made for Luke and Chelsea.

Mowing his mom's lawn.

Taking a walk around the neighborhood.

Selfie with Aunt Natalie.

We helped Grandma make an "Up" themed memory book for the wedding. This was Jeff's contribution! (Luke and Chelsea had an "Up" wedding and also love "The Office")

Family hang-out time the night before the wedding.

Passed out!

The morning of the wedding, we had breakfast with Luke and Natalie's dad and his wife (Mike and Jenni)

Friendly neighborhood alligator.

Last pics before Luke headed to the Orlando Temple.

Waiting for the bride and groom to come out of the Temple.

Felix slept through it, until the noise woke him up.

Heading out to take as many pictures as possible before it rained! We only had about 10-15 minutes.

Luckily our side of the family's pictures where done before the rain started coming SIDEWAYS! The 4 of us decided to high-tail it to dinner. As we left the Temple parking lot, we got a tornado warning on our phones!

Luke feeding Chelsea a gajillion bites of wedding cake.

Felix just wanted to lay down (ie not be held) so we mostly took turns hanging out with him in a separate room. Kid was showing his full lung capacity for crying!

 Sending the happy couple off!

Cute giggles the next morning! These boys were up sooooo early every morning!

We went to Disney's Animal Kingdom! Grandma and Felix with the gibbons.

On the Everest ride.

Axel's favorite part was Dinoland!

Felix and I found a quiet place to nurse. It was so peaceful there, as opposed to the rest of Disney World.

Waiting in line for the triceratops ride.

The Tree of Life

Having a cold treat. On the right is Grandma's roommate Angela, who got us into the park for free! Thank you Angela!

Cute brothers!

We saw the Lion King show, and Felix was so excited the whole time!

On the triceratops ride with Grandma

Breakdancing in line. We had to tell him that last move he did wasn't a good one. We were dying laughing though!

Triceratops ride again!

The Safari Ride was awesome! So many cool animals up-close!

Axel loved the dinosaur play area.

Looks like his daddy here!

Steak dinner at Black Angus

We did the drive home in one day!

Felix at Wendy's.

How Axel felt about being in the car for 20 hours:

But we made it back! I prefer road trips to flying, so I'm glad that Grandma lives close enough for us to do that! We had a great time and wish Luke and Chelsea the best!
